Kyle Naugler did an excellent job helping me find just the right new home. The market is challenging now and Kyle navigated it like a pro. He had all the right advice and easily put me in touch with brokers, lawyers, appraisers, inspectors and condo doc reviewers, which made what could've been a stressful time a breeze. Kyle is an amazing realtor. He helped us find our dream home. We planned to move from BC to AB in November. In just 5 months, and after only three trips to Calgary, and 15+ homes, Kyle got us the home we had always been looking for in March. It was hard on him and us to do this remotely. However, Kyle never spared the time and effort to take videos, or do video calls, of homes we thought met the criteria. He helped us in every step of the way from searching, to viewing, to putting the offer, to getting the offer accepted, to home inspection, to getting the solicitor, and finally, to closing.
